Since its inception in 2010, Sparks has emerged as the largest and most prestigious student-run entrepreneurship conference in the UK. We have hosted over 50 world business leaders, founders and CEO's to inspire, lead workshops and directly network with over 450 entrepreneurial students each year. These speakers travel from across the globe and have run billion dollar companies ranging from space travel to online technology to disruptive start ups.
Sparks is more than just a conference, it's a dynamic event in which student delegates from leading universities around the world come together to develop skills and gain insight, whether they are embarking on their own start-up or seeking to innovate within their own profession.

The world renowned university is known for its academic excellence and attracts the future leaders in today's financial, political and business world. We invite you to join us at the university on the 28th February 2016, a year which marks the 121th anniversary of the founding of the London School of Economics.
The Sparks organising team is extremely excited to announce that this year the Conference will be taking place in the Sheikh Zayed Theatre, LSE’s newest and most professional looking conference room, normally unavailable to LSE student societies. The venue has been a previous host to numerous important political figures, Nobel Prize winners and world-renowned entrepreneurs.
The Theatre is located in the New Academic Building, opened officially by Her Majesty the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on November 2008.

Thirty London students from underprivileged backgrounds will have the chance to rub shoulders with some of the world’s most inspiring entrepreneurs at the London School of Economics this month.
The UK’s largest student-run entrepreneurship conference, Sparks, will give disadvantaged Year 12 and 13 students from London state schools the opportunity to meet global entrepreneurs at its annual conference on the 28th of February.
The Sparks Inspire initiative, run in conjunction with IntoUniversity, is building on last year's success where students will also have plenty of opportunities to network with the speakers and gain an insight into developing a successful business from scratch.
